This Privacy Policy explains how FrontRow ("the Platform," "we," "us"), operated at frontrow.center, collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use our website and services. By using the Platform you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information. Your email address, display name, password (stored only as a salted hash), and profile details you choose to add.
• Authentication data. If you sign in with Google or X (Twitter), we receive basic profile information from those providers as permitted by your settings with them.
• Content. Posts, images, videos, messages, tips, and other material you upload or send through the Platform.
• Creator verification data. Creators complete identity and age verification through our third-party verification provider, which collects government-issued ID and related data. We receive a verification result and limited status information, not the underlying identity documents.
• Payment data. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers; we receive transaction identifiers, status, and limited billing details needed to operate subscriptions, pay-per-view purchases, tips, and payouts.
• Usage and device data. Log data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and interactions, collected automatically as you use the Platform.
• Cookies. Session and preference cookies used to keep you signed in and remember settings. See Section 6.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Platform and your account.
• Process subscriptions, pay-per-view purchases, tips, and creator payouts.
• Verify creator identity and age, and meet legal record-keeping obligations (including 18 U.S.C. § 2257 where applicable).
• Deliver transactional email such as sign-in links, receipts, and notifications.
• Enable real-time features such as messaging and presence indicators.
• Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

3. Service Providers We Share Data With

We share personal information with vendors who process it on our behalf, only as needed to provide their service:

• Payment processing — to charge fans and pay creators.
• Identity and age verification — to confirm creators are who they say they are and are 18+.
• Media hosting and streaming — to upload, encode, and deliver images and video.
• Email delivery — to send transactional messages.
• Real-time messaging infrastructure — to power chat and presence.
• Hosting and database — to run the Platform and store your data.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of FrontRow, our users, or the public.

4. Legal Bases for Processing

Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we process personal data on the bases of: performance of our contract with you (operating your account and transactions), compliance with legal obligations (age verification and record-keeping), our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, and improving the Platform), and your consent where required (such as certain cookies).

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Platform. We retain transaction and verification records for the periods required by law (for example, tax, anti-fraud, and 2257 record-keeping requirements), after which we delete or anonymize the data. Some content may persist in backups for a limited period after deletion.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents may exercise rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and the right to delete; we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using Section 11. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

8. Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

9. International Data Transfers

We and our service providers may process and store information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for cross-border transfers of personal data.

10. Children's Privacy

The Platform is strictly for adults. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we learn that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will delete it and terminate the account.
